Rated 3 out of 5 by KipGeraldJr This mower is pretty hard to push. I found myself working it backwards and forwards a LOT to get it to move. You're definately going to get a workout using it. I have a small yard, back and front, and it was still moderately difficult. Doesn't cut down really high weeds and grass, just runs it down.I like that it has so many adjustable settings. My lawn was long when i got the mower. I used it on the highest setting, then the middle, then one of the lower ones. Without the adjustment, i wouldn't have been able to mow my lawn, instead i would have had to borrow somebody's mower, and then clip my yard.I would recommend it to somebody who is physically able to manuever it.yhea 05/18/2012

I really enjoy using this manual reel mower, no gas, no, fumes, it works great and you can have it cut very short it does a nice job and its fun to use. The one thing it does not do well it cut dandy lion stems it bends some of them over, so had to go over that but they are not around all summer. When I used it the second time I did not have them, over all its great. 06/09/2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by MAKKELLER Doesn't work when you have seed stalks My yard is less than exemplary and my grass shoots up seed stalks within a day or two of mowing. As soon as I got my reel mower I took it out to mow the yard and it did a great job on the majority of the grass, but it just pushed the seed stalks over and the stood back up behind it.I was able to cut all of the short grass without much difficulty and if you didn't have the tall stalks sticking up it would probably work very well for you, but it left my yard in need of another mowing. I ended up buying a conventional lawn mower to get my lawn looking nice. 06/11/2012

I am a little woman who needed a lawn mower and couldn't afford a gas mower, was hoping that this mower would help me keep my lawn under control, but I'm not strong enough to push something that feels 3 times my weight and 10 times my strength. 07/01/2012
