time saver we purchased the product to give us the option of running to the peds office everytime my grandson tugged at his ears and was fussy. Because he has severe gerds its hard to tell when he has an ear infection because he doesn't run fevers until they get really bad. We can take a peek now and if the eardrum doesn't look pearly gray we take him into the peds office.The product isn't as high quality as I'd like but does its job. 04/26/2010
You get what you pay for You get what you pay for. This is cheap made. The one tip that is in it and will stay, the others that come with it will not stay in. You have to hold the tip and press the button and hold the childs ear.I had a diffrent brand before and did not have this problem. 03/04/2010
