How does Summer Fit work? Summer Fit exercises and activities are divided into ten weekly sections. This provides parents with an easy-to-use summer structure that aligns with the traditional summer break while not overly challenging children during the summer.
There are 10 pages of activities for each week. The child completes 2 pages a day that should take 20-30 minutes. Each day offers a simple routine to reinforce basic skills and includes a physical fitness exercise and healthy habit. Each week also reviews a core value to help build character and social skills. Activities start off easy and progressively get more difficult so by the end of the workbook children are mentally, physically and socially prepared for the grade ahead.
