This DVR system is the pretty good, it came with everything you need to install and the installation was pretty simple. The remote viewing is pretty cool, I can view my camera from my work or my smart phone. Now I don't have to worry when I'm leaving for vacation. Its a great product and very affordable. 04/13/2012
great entry level cameras It was easy to setup the cameras for the house. It did take a little time to get the cameras to work over the internet. When you read the instructions on the website it makes it easier. The video is good on my phone using 3G. It is a great camera for anyone on a budget. The cameras have night vision that works pretty good. 04/10/2012
good homeowner or entry level setup my honest opinion of this setup is its a good deal. i had 2 concerns with my purchase 1. one of the connectors on the back of the dvr was a lil funny but when i wiggled it then it worked fine (no problems since) 2. when i called the company about a couple questions i had about the product and setup it went to an answering machine (like a homeowner answering machine) which concerned me a bit about the professionalism. however 5 mins later they called me back and walked me thru the setup and answered my questions so no big deal. overall im happy with the purchase. the resolution of the cameras is good and you can adjust the visuals (contrast, sharpness, color etc) right in the dvr. the dvr is smaller than i thought which is good for hiding or just not being big and bulky and in the way. it also comes with the mouse and a small remote to use the dvr and settings. the night vision is pretty good as well, i can see over 30 ft away though its not extremely visible. i feel better with my motion lights on outside for visibilty. the cameras are also made of a metal, not plastic. there is tons of options for fine tuning the dvr also, from choosing the entire view of any camera to record or just a certain point of view to eliminate wasteful recording of high traffic areas (cars driving by) and also how long it will record after sensing motion. also how sensative the motion record action is. all in all its a pretty good deal and im happy with it. i also bought the extended warranty just in case, believe it was about $30 for 3 years. one more thing i didnt like but isnt really a big deal is you cant manually delete individual recordings. it will record until its full and then start to delete old files as needed unless you backup chosen files or transfer them to a pc or separate storage device. 04/07/2012
I feel safe The cameras are very good. I can see at night. The cameras also have motion detection. This come in handy because I have problems with the local kids. 04/02/2012
