Overall the chair is nice. The cushion is very comfortable and it is strongly built. My biggest complaint is that the color of the cushion is not beige. It is almost white. Had I known that I would have chosen a different chair. I will now have to make or by covers to go over them if at all possible because it will get dirty way too fast, especially with a newborn!

I must admit that I am surprised at the quality of this glider. It is really good looking, and thankfully the seat is wide enough for an adult-size behind (if you know what I mean). It was easy to put together, although the instructions were incorrect. The instructions indicated to attached the armrests backward......werid. All in all, this is a good item for the price.

I purchased this product three weeks ago, My wife loves it, looks great and was super easy to assemble. We really havent used it that much yet because our babys due in Oct. I read all of the comments and I would say so far it was a great buy. Save your money for other baby needs this product is worth the money I think its 10x better than the one we purchased at babies r us and $100 cheaper. That Glider was returned.

The cherry wood is very rich looking and matches the crib and dresser we already had. It was very easy to put together and works great. There was a loud squeek when I first started using it but it was easily fixed with a squirt of WD-40. Nice cusions and the arm rests snap into place so they wont move.

Good Quality, but Light Colored Fabric,

We bought this glider because we are expecting a baby and we are both fairly tall people. Some of the gliders out there appear to be somewhat short. If you are wondering, the glider is about 40" tall and about 27" from the seat to the top of the back. The wood and fabric are beautiful, however, the fabric is a much lighter color than the picture on the website. We were hoping for something that would not show stains, but I have heard that microfiber is easy to clean, so we will see how this looks after the baby arrives.

This lovely rocker has squeeks that I can't stop. I've tried everything...wd40 and tightning all the connections to no avail! Wish there was an answer to this problem. It drives me nuts when I sit in it...it is sooo comfy otherwise.

Waste of Money,

Within weeks of using this rocking chair we started to have problems. The chair started to make really loud noises like it was going to fall apart. My husband took some graphite oil and that helped for about 4 weeks but now it seems we have to oil it about every two weeks which is ridiculous. Very disappointed in this chair although I guess for the price I should have known better. The most frustrating piece of furniture I have ever owned. There is nothing worse than feeding a baby in the middle of the night and the chair squeaks so bad and so loud that you cannot use it. I highly recommend that you not waste your money on this chair.

I purchased this glider rocker and ottoman for my kitchen/dinning room. I have a wood stove in this area and enjoy very much sitting and knitting next to the wood stove to keep warm. I put the glider together myself in about 20 minutes and had no problems, I am enjoying it very much and would recommend this glider not only for new mothers but for anyone that wants to relax in a very nice looking chair.

This glider is good value for the money. It is comfortable and easy to assemble. The only caution is that the fabric color shown in the images is not actually what you get. When ours arrived, the fabric was much lighter than we expected it to be. I still like the colour, but if you were trying to match to something, this might throw you off.

we recently purchased this for our soon to be baby's room. While we haven't used it for our baby yet, we have all sat and rocked in it. It's quiet and comfortable. The cherry color stain is beautiful and the padding is comfotable. I'd prefer to have the color a little darker so it won't show stains as much, but everything else is perfect.

Nice to look at, painful to sit in,

I purchased this item because of the high ratings it received. It is a beautiful chair to look at and it's really inviting but, it is very hard on my back. I thought it was just me but my daughter also found it to be too hard to sit in to watch a 1 1/2 hour movie.

Do not buy this chair if you intend to use it for sitting in for long periods at a time.

So far so good. We have had the glider for a couple of weeks but have only sat in it a few times. When the baby arrives I am sure we will use it a lot more.

This glider was purchased for my daughter expecting first child in Jan. Very comfortable and blends in with nearly all decor. Would hihgly recommend this for new Moms or anyone needing a relaxing chair. It's the best seat in the house.
