Over all it is very nice. Only problem I have had so far is I can't get one of the arm pads to snap on. It is nothing really pressing, and I won't return it for that reason. 02/20/2012
Quick Shipping Easy Assembly I am 5-star satisfied with the product, from shipping to pickup at the store to easy assembly and comfortable sitting. The seat is not as cushioned as the back but I like a firm seat. I spend hours a day in it reading or playing on the computer. Very good value. 02/14/2012
