good so far We love the color and the overall look of the crib. We had to request a couple replacement parts (bolt and wooden bar) through Storkcraft. Their customer service seems great, just hope we get the parts before the baby arrives. 01/06/2012
Good quality, poor instructions for assembly My husband and I assembled the crib together and it was a little bit of a challenge. The instructions were not very clear and pieces were not numbered. We also had a couple of defective pieces, but after extra labor it all worked. My husband was the one to figure the instructions out, if I had to assemble the crib alone, I wouldn't have been able to because of the unclear directions given. It is good quality so we are happy with the product as far as safety and overall look. 10/17/2011
We purchased the baby bed for my son and daughter in law. He said that it was easy to put together, and that all of the parts were there. However, we are very, very disappointed in the color of the bed. The picture does not show it as dark oak, and that is what we got, when it shows it as light to medium oadk.
