    beautiful piece, horrible customer service. I bought this item, and thank goodness I ordered early. It arrived with defects and when I called the manuf. for help they were rude and actually hung up on me because its "against their policy" to let you speak to a manager. its been three weeks and I am still waiting on parts. 07/06/2011
