top came damaged and boxes came with white mark has they were hit and damaged as well. contacted walmart and only received a $4.50 discount.  the boxes were not in stock in a near by store so i had to stay with them.  but walmart warehouse should pack better or the shipping company should follow what the box stays fragile.

Is exactly what we ordered and I guess appearance a huge issue because it goes into storage but when buy brand new I kinda expect things to look brand new. The lid still works but looks like someone smashed it at one point before delivery. The dark blue lid has white crease marks covering one corner where it looks like Someone Step On It. It works but didn’t have that Brand New feel when I saw it.

1 out of the 2 boxes that I ordered only had 3 bins; but it had 6 lids (2 which are damaged), and 1 extra handle. Please inform me as to how I can rectify this dilemma.

Dissatisfied

The tote came with several points of stress wear (spots where the plastic has changed color) that I'm concerned about becoming an issue over time. This bin is to protect a large amount of custom fabric from light/dust/exposure while it's not in use. If the bottom corners gove out, not only is the bin worthless but the fabric inside will likely be damaged as well. I'm not too sure about keeping this...

Concerned about stress points

this is the second time I ordered this item. I had to return the other one because it was delivered with 3 broken lids. this delivery, same thing, broken lids. athe box it comes in shows how carelessly it is treated: it is falling apart, the tape is barely holding the top closed, and scraped up like it was dragged down the street. I will have to return this again, maybe I will order from someone else.

Tubs are great, delivery damages 2nd time in a row

The corner of this item is damaged I have a picture where one corner of storage bin on wheels looks like it was a returned item and placed back out on the floor for sale no inspection cause they should have seen that one area was light blue corner and the other corners  was dark blue

To bad pictures online looks great

The lids were thrown in and damaged other lids. The corner of one bin was damaged and another bin broken on the bottom. They put it in like that and didn't care to send broken bins. Ridiculous. Not worth the money. At all!!

They delivered my totes to someone else and the pic shows the wrong address and the totes were not in any packaging.  They were just left at someone door.

very conveniently the delivery person took a picture besides where he busted the entire corner off the tote! 2nd attempt begged customer service to have one shipped. they insisted on having another delivered and its damaged worse than the 1st attempt
