The Startech PCI 802.11g Wireless Network Adapter Card is a Wireless G Card with a separate antenna. It is a reliable wireless network adapter which supports the 802.11g standard and enables the user to enjoy a data transfer rate of about 54 Mbps. The network adaptor card has LED indicators that show link activity and transmission status.

The 802.11 G Wireless Network Card is backward-compatible with 802.11b networks also. The card provides a secured wireless connection and is known to support different encryption standards. It offers a WPA data encryption and WEP data encryption security. The Startech PCI 802.11g Wireless Network Adapter Card is compact in size and very lightweight.
