yes there is a lighter socket & usb for using or charging various items

Yes, I hooked a cheap converter into it to plug in normal house hold items.

DC power outlets are what were once called cigarette lighter outlets. Most of the US stopped using the term several years ago. Smoking in vehicles is no longer accepted by the people that make the rules.

Is the 12 V DC outlet a cigarette lighter scoket?

This unit comes with a 12V DC Charging Adapter Plug. Per the Instruction Manual you can use your vehicle's 12 V DC accessory outlet. Charge until the indicator light is green (or max 6.0 hours to fully charge).

when you get to India buy a 240volt  transformer that&#39;s rated at the same output voltage as the 120v that came w/ the booster.... most likely 14 or 15 volts ......  read manual for input volts AND m.amps

I like this unit although I know it isn't as powerful as some others on the market. It's basically a 300Amp jumper but it works fine if you let the target battery charge from it for a few minutes. 

It took me a while to understand what the lights are telling me  (the previous jumper I had didn't have them) but now I find them strangely normal.

All of which is to say that it suits my needs at a great price.

Ive used this on my car and others cars since Nov 2019 and its paid for itself ten times over! It the best automotive buy Ive made. No jumper cables or battery removal, just clip on and start the car! The built in light and phone chargers are great, too.

Good price and easy to use.

This was my bfs anniversary present, has his other one the wire came undone. So he was pleased to have this one. Hes already used it to jump start our golf cart and his friends car. This thing is way lighter to carry then his old one. That was a big thing he said he liked.

Amazing and light weight

I was pleased to see what a well made product this appears to be. The instructions indicate this comes partly charged from the factory and must be charged 24 hours but mine was fully charged right out of the box. Also has 12-volt and usb charger features.

Compact, works great,charges quickly, NOT bulky

Arrived at my house on time without a scratch. It felt well-built, sturdy, and was already partially charged, but I plugged it in for 3 - 4 hours. I had been thinking I should have gotten one with more wattage, since my Chrysler Sebring's battery was completely down. But it turned the engine, which started on only the second bump. Though I've only used it once, I'm pleased so far.

Did The Job

No cord to recharge, male prongs mounted to the back of housing. Should be HIGHLIGHTED in description.
Was able to charge it with a standard extension cord, thankfully.  
Little flashlight cute. Haven't used it to jump anything yet.

Lacking

Only use one time and did not work any more. I can't return

No Good

Piece of junk   !!!   I have a bad habit of leaving the interior lights of my car on , which eventually causes a dead battery. So I have to call and have someone come out to jump start my car . So , after the last time this happened ( Feb of this year) , I decided to purchase a jump starter. Which I did . Last week (Aug of this year) I made the same foolish mistake causing my battery to go dead yet again .  But this time I figured that it would not be a costly mistake as I had my on "Jump Starter"..............WRONG..........I made sure it was fully charged before attempting to jump my car battery.......and nothing......it would not even come close to turning over  !!!!   So , once again , I had to call someone to come out and jump start my car.   I would like a 100% refund  !!!   Don't buy this item.
