If you live alone or you cannot depend on anyone for assistance when you have a dead battery or a flat tire, this is the jump starter to have. This jump starter can inflate a SUV tire in about 6 minutes and jump a dead truck battery. 09/25/2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by applebeezy Great Tool Grabbed this jump box w/ compressor while on sale. Couldn't pass on the price. Been searching for a new one for some time. My old vector box was 10+ years old & just wasn't doing it anymore. Main purpose was for gold prospecting. To run a 12v bilge pump with my highbanker. Can run the 1200gph 3.5 amp pump for a solid 5+ hours before I need to worry about switching batteries. But normally I shut it off while digging then turn back on when I run material. I can get all day run time this way. The on/off switch is sweet for this.As a jump box, it works great. I've jumped multiple cars before needing to recharge even though they suggest to charge after each jump. The compressor works fairly well for the size. Can take a few minutes to fill a completely flat tire, but it will fill it. Comes in handy for my atc that has a slow leak on one tire. The light is bright enough, just worry that I will break it off before too long. Haven't had to use the usb charger yet.The only think I wish it had was a built in converter to run 110v & the ability to charge batteries & check the alternator status like my old vector did. Other than that, very pleased. 06/03/2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by RNWonders One of the best gifts I was given this as a pres. and felt like i wouldnt ever use it, but about 6m after that 2 of my friends needed a jump and 1 needed his tire inflated! I have used it many times since then and it has NEVER failed. Great buy OH and battery life stays up pretty good i have only charged it once 11/27/2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by anotherbargainshopper Veru powerful jump starter this is a great jump starter. I had a pickup in the driveway that had not been started in 3 or 4 years. I tried jump starting it with jumper cables from my other truck and it would barely tunrn over at all. I then appied this jump starter and it cranked very rapidly and started in seconds. Its a heavy unit which I guess is because it has such a high capacity battery inside. I can't imaging any vehicle that will not crank rapidly with this unit. Far better than any other (I have had several over the years ) I have ever owned or even seen. Very reasonable price too. 01/09/2011
