very good vaccume 1 bought this3 weeks ago.strong sucktion tough for every day jobs with kids spills and messes.hose is 1 3/4 inches wide.light weight but strong. i like and prefer this than deep cleaners because of price and size which is easy to store in small closets. over all i love this product. 04/25/2012
Powerful Little Vac! We bought this to clean dog hair off of the camper couches and the truck seats (and more).......The suction on this little machine is awesome and the attachments are great too! I would recommend this vac to anyone! 04/23/2012
I would have rated it higher except for the very cheap extension that keep coming lose. You almost have to glue it together. Come on Stanley charge a extra few dollars more and make heavier duty extensions that stay together. 04/23/2012
I had high expectations due to the reviews and 4hp I needed a outdoor vacuum that I could use for my condo balcony where i get small little bitty fall outs from trees near us. I expected to only pick up small leaves and tiny little seed looking thing. (sorry don't know what they are called) but it didn't do any of that.The hose was to narrow that no matter what it would get clogged. I was outside for 20 minutes trying to clean up my balcony and 15 minutes of that was trying to de-clog some small debris from the extention pipes and hose. I never understood why hose are not transparent so it would be easier to detect a clog up.4HP should be sufficient for what I need but with the hose being too narrow I cannot recommend this product for this use. Might be good to pick up dust and confetti but ONLY that. Anything larger than that, expect to get clogged quickly.I'm going to return this and will buy a larger one from Lowes or Home Depot. I guess it might be impossible to find a small frame vacuum like this with a wide hose.I am very surprised with all the amazing reviews for this product. 04/17/2012
