The Standers Bed Rail is the easily adjustable bed rail that provides convenience, beauty, and durability. This pivoting hospital bed rail can easily be attached to any size bed, and it can be installed on any side of the bed. With a fully collapsible design, this EZ adjustable bed rail allows you to get in and out of bed effortlessly. The design also makes the Standers Bed Rail simple to store when not in use. The EZ adjustable bed rail has three adjustable widths (26", 34" or 42"), and can be attached to most beds. The Standers Bed Rail can also be raised to 23" high to accommodate thick pillow top mattresses. The gaps between the rails on this adjustable bed rail measure 3" wide. This pivoting hospital bed rail includes two straps that can be attached the bed frame. The straps ensure that the Standers EZ Adjustable Bed Rail will stay firmly in place.

Rated 5 out of 5 by passion4horses No More Worries We bought this for my 86-year-old mother, who recently fell out of bed while sleeping and was badly injured. I ordered this particular style of bed rail because it was the only one I could find that was described as being able to "fit any size bed". Hers is a king size ... and it works just fine. Her husband no longer has to sleep with one eye open worrying about Mom falling out of bed again. It's good and sturdy and worth every penny for the peace of mind it affords us all! 12/19/2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by yvogarden exceeded expectations I got this for my mom's Tempurpedic adjustable bed. She needed something to hold on to when getting in and out of bed, and to keep her safely in bed. This was easy to install, and works well. My mom keeps the head of the bed up, and the rail stays in place. Most of the other rails I found on the internet were 2 - 4 times more expensive, and I figured I could always return this to my local store if it didn't work. I have not used the pivoting feature, but it is easy to adjust the length. It provides just enough safety without making it too difficult for mom to get out of bed. 11/23/2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by harley1214 Only thing I found weak about these safety rails were the anchoring straps used to secure the rails to the offside of the bed frame. The buckles are plastic and one was broken. I simply tied the strap around the bed frame leaving a much more secure manner to secure the rails. Other than that, the rails function great, easy to extend and retract and the release and fold down alongside the bed out of the way to allow one make the bed without any difficulty. 11/04/2012
