Impressed by quality I researched a number of different Inversion Tables and couldn't really determine a big difference among them, or justification for the very high priced ones. I selected this one because of the padded ankle holders and mid-price range. I received it quickly (they upgraded me to priority shipping) and the shipping was still free! I'm not mechanical, so I had to have a friend assemble it, but the construction and materials are excellent. It's very sturdy, does everything I need it to, and I really do appreciate the padded ankle holders because they are completely comfortable during use. (Some other tables are definitely not.) I would recommend this one highly. The value is definitely there, and the free express shipping was a great incentive! Two minor downsides, it's not easy to fold up, so if that's an issue, I'd explore other options. I leave mine up in an extra bedroom. Also, the "locking mechanism" to keep the ankles in place could be easier to operate. It's a spring-loaded twisty thing - must be a better option available but not a big problem. 09/10/2010
