I WOULD RECOMMEND STACKER 3! Not wanting to spent too much money I had a decision to make between $10 Red Line drinks, $18 Hydroxycut Advanced, or $8 Stacker 3. I believe i made the right choice going with Stacker 3. I've been wanting a fat burner and it has turned out to be that plus a booster. I was able to hit every machine twice and ran and extra 25 mins with energy to spare afterwords. Only negative was not being able to go to sleep easily. 04/29/2010
Working so far.... I have only taken 2 so far, I bought some yesterday at the store after reading reviews. I took one as soon as I got in my car as it was late in the afternoon and I wasn't sure how I would react to it. About an hour or more later I did notice I felt more energetic which was what I needed. I'm painting my entire house so I need something! The whole rest of the afternoon and into the evening I had a definite increase in energy and appetite. It lasted about 5 hrs or so? Awesome! I took one this morning and again about an hour later I could feel it working.I still haven't eaten this morning because now I'm not hungry but I will have a shake cuz I know I need some fuel.I've been on the south beach diet and have lost 25 lbs. This last week I have been cheating (lots) and as a result have been feeling very sluggish. Even last night I wasn't hungry much at all and when I ate dinner I got full quick. No cravings!! 4 hours later!I've heard it has a laxative effect (yay!) and that seems correct. I didn't have any trouble falling asleep but that could change, I've only taken 2 so far.I've wasted so much money on diet stuff. So far I'm very pleased and hope it keeps working. I plan to only take 1 twice a day, will increase to 2 if needed.I take mine BEFORE I eat. Then I have to make myself eat because I'm not hungry. Thats the point right to eat less?Anyway, I need to lose about 25 more lbs. I think this will help me get back on track. :) 09/30/2010
Works... HOWEVER They make me shaky and Nauseated. So if you have a sensitive tummy... Don't take them! They work tho. And if you don't have a sensitive tummy, eat a full meal first. 08/12/2011
