Rated 5 out of 5 by 3Momof3boys Very good value and durability I bought these for my youngest son. His older brother had a set of Spy Walkie Talkies from a few years prior. I am happy that not only does he play with them consistantly, they are build solid to take on the play of a 9 year old boy. Outside I can hear him from 150 feet or so.It is a kids' toy, so I realize the further he goes away to fuzzier it gets. But 150 feet is good.There is a spy code key on each Walkie Talkie, reminds me of morse code. Where do you find that now a days? It also has a belt clip so he can wear it like a detective. Good job Spy Gear. I heard there is a new, long range set coming, but have not seen them yet. 12/13/2011
