This is a great product! i've had a lot of stomach problems since I had my gall bladder out a few years ago. i tried Activia yogurt but it's expensive and impossible to have in the house with teen girls! I found this product and decided to give it a try. it has the benefits of yogurt without all the calories or price and a lot more of the active ingredient. Within 3 days of taking these, my stomach wasn't always aching any more. i take them every day and bought another pack to stock up. I swear by these now and don't have to waste my money and pack on the pounds eating a ton of yogurt. I highly recommend this product! 03/27/2010
Great for digestion! This is a great supplement to take if you forget to eat yogurt. However, they are very large and hard to swallow. 03/01/2010
