  • Reliable and relatively consistent scientific data showing a substantial health benefit.
  • Contradictory, insufficient, or preliminary studies suggesting a health benefit or minimal health benefit.
  • For an herb, supported by traditional use but minimal or no scientific evidence. For a supplement, little scientific support.

Our proprietary "Star-Rating" system was developed to help you easily understand the amount of scientific support behind each supplement in relation to a specific health condition. While there is no way to predict whether a vitamin, mineral, or herb will successfully treat or prevent associated health conditions, our unique ratings tell you how well these supplements are understood by the medical community, and whether studies have found them to be effective for other people.

For over a decade, our team has combed through thousands of research articles published in reputable journals. To help you make educated decisions, and to better understand controversial or confusing supplements, our medical experts have digested the science into these three easy-to-follow ratings. We hope this provides you with a helpful resource to make informed decisions towards your health and well-being.

Rated 5 out of 5★áby Great For Memory I use this to help my memory and it works. It's not a miracle, but it does help. I take one in the morning and one at night. DO LOOK ONLINE FOR DOSAGE INFO IF YOU HAVE CERTAIN CONDITIONS. This is a really good deal too! 06/16/2013
Rated 5 out of 5★áby It's not just for memory support About 5 years ago I went to one of the nations' best ear clinics in Memphis for hearing loss and tinnitus. They recommended that I start taking Ginko Biloba daily. Didn't believe that it was working until I ran out of product for a couple of days once. While it is not a total cure, it does reduce the volume of the ringing enough to give you some relief. The major cure for tinnitus are powerful mind altering drugs used on pych patients, so I went with the Ginko Biloba path! Here is what WebMD had to say: "Try the herbal supplement ginkgo biloba. Some studies suggest that it may help relieve tinnitus, but other studies do not show a benefit. Further studies are needed to determine the best dosage."For the cost, I'm going to keep taking my Ginko Biloba and chance getting tinnitus relief as well as memory improvement. 09/15/2013
