I've got inherited arthritis - grandmother, mother, aunt, etc.I've taken this glucosamine for years, because the sulfate form was the only one that had actually been clinically tested and shown results when I got started.Does it do me any good? I don't know - what my thumbs would be like if I hadn't taken it is impossible to say!But it's a good value, and I suspect that I'd be worse off without it. I plan to keep taking it, as long as they continue to sell it at a decent price. 03/13/2013
