I was unable to use the gel caps at all because they melted together in the mail/in my mailbox. It gets VERY hot here in Arizona in July! I'm sure the product would have been fine otherwise. 08/08/2011

So I keep going to take it. The reason I like this brand "Spring Valley" because the price is cheap and I have bought the different product with this brand, and it works for me.
