a great supplement for cats My vet has recommended lysine for my two cats twice a day. These are easy to give and the cats like them. Their herpes eye infections are much less bothersome on the lysine. 09/24/2008
Outbreaks Less Frequent I use this to prevent my Herpes outbreaks. I've tried other brands. This one is the only one that keeps my outbreaks down to an absolute minimum. The only thing I hate about this supplement is the pills are hard to swallow. I wish it was in a caplet form, or the edges were more rounded. Instead it's in the form of a tablet with straight edges. However, all other brands I've tried had this same tablet form. 09/09/2010
Best L-Lysine I've ever used! I have been using the 1000 mg L-Lysine for over a year and have not had a breakout since! The 1000mg are bigger than the 500mg pills, but have an oval shape to them. I find drinking some water first before taking them enables them to be swallowed a whole lot easier!! 05/17/2011
this lysine is better than others I have tried....I bought another brand from the health food store and it did not work like this one did ..when right back to Wal-mart to pick up this again...can really tell a difference when I take this 2 x a day....love it for the effectiveness ....... 08/10/2009
