(I was also concerned about my weight, which has nothing to do with this product but is part of my story). I was considering a much-advertised-on-the-radio product that supposedly helped with joint pain while helping you lose weight. But it was very expensive. I decided to look for alternatives. My research on joint pain revealed collagen and its effect on joints, hair, nails, and skin. A little more research revealed this product as a low dosage, inexpensive option. I started off with 2 capsules before going to bed and I was surprised with less stiffness and pain the next morning. Taking it on a regular basis has only made me feel better and better. I've only been taking it for 5 days but I'm convinced that collagen pills is the answer to easing joint pain. I hadn't paid attention to my hair, nails, or skin so I can't comment on those. But I'll be continuing with this product if not something a little stronger for my joints. 08/09/2012
