MenapauseMiracles This product is awesome; split into an AM and PM pill and each with their special "help" for daytime hot flashes/moods and night time bed sweats...its the best thing I have found and only costs $9 a month...can't beat that! 03/01/2010
Daytime works well But, I have used Black Cohosh for years and alone it is very effective in controlling hot flashes. The Daytime formula offered works well for me. The NightTime formula give me a splitting headache. I cannot take Valerian. Our local Wal-Mart(the only place we have to shop) has not carried straight Black Cohosh for over a month. The Daytime and Nighttime formula should be offered seperately. 05/06/2009
Excellent product This is an excellent escape from the power surges I have experienced. At one point, I could not find the product, so I tried a different version. The hot flashes returned within a week. I was then able to locate this at my local Wal Mart, and was I relieved!! Within 2 weeks of taking this supplement, the hot flashes disappeared. I still wake up at night a couple of times, but am able to get back to sleep now. THank you Spring Valley for this daytime/nighttime black cohosh! 03/13/2011
The best in Menopause escape! I have used this product for about 1 1/2 years now and it does what it says....keeps the hot flashes to a minimum and not so sharp when they do come. 12/25/2010
