Rated 5 out of 5 by Beigebeauty Biotin 5000 MCG I bought it at a great price, There are 250 pills in the bottle and the pills are very petite gel tablets which is easy to swallow. I will buy them again I been using them for about a week and I already see a difference in my hair some of the thinner area's already started to fill in a bit. My nails are usually very thin are beginning to harden. Can't beat the price I have referred this item to my friends on my webpage I was so excited about it. 01/22/2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by SeyNih ~So Far so good~ So I started with Spring Valley Hair, Skin and Nails and I didn't notice much of a difference in my nails i use the whole bottle and took 3pills a day. Biotin so far has worked I have seen a change my nails grow alot faster and they are stronger, my hair iches alot. I am currently growing my hair out nautral and I still have permed edges . I am slowly cutting my permed edges off. I will post another review but so far for a week my nails have seen the biggest change. I will do length check on my hair so wish my luck. I have should length hair now. :-( 01/12/2013
