    Part of the spring mix goes bad well before the date listed. I'm not going to buy anymore, I'll just buy baby spinach. I like the idea of the half & half if part did not go bad too soon. 04/20/2011
    Tastes great, kept for a long period of time. I purchased the Spring Mix in hopes that it would last longer than the bag salads I normally buy. While shopping, I thought that the price was just a tad high. That was only until I got home and actually opened the salad. I was amazed at how much more spring mix there was than I originally thought. I was able to make SEVERAL salads throughout the week and it never went bad. The other bag salads I normally bought would start going bad as soon as I got them home it seemed. I also really enjoyed the taste of the spring mix as it tasted really fresh. Goes very well a grilled chicken breast and Zesty Free Italian dressing. Mmmm, delicious and healthy! I will definitely be buying this every week now. 11/09/2011
    soak and wet the big Spring MIX , wal complety soak and wet, it is the second time that happend , I never goin to buy this product !!! 04/20/2011
