non expensive works great has most of the features you want except it doesn't turn off. it stays on all the time. uses a button type battery. good product and more accurate. for the money it's great!!!! 09/18/2009
Great for the money! Granted this item is somewhat delicate. But...for $5 how can you go wrong. Take care of it, don't beat it up and it will last you. It seems to be very accurate once you get it set correctly. Keep the instructions if you want to change any features. I can never remember how. For keeping steps and mileage easily you can't beat it! 06/27/2010
definitely cheap well I wanted cheap with no bells or whistles....that is what I got. The mode button, which changes the setting from steps to miles or resets it, is right in front where you put your fingers to clip it on. If you try wearing it all day for a daily count this is REALLY frustrating. I end up bumping the button a lot and have accidentally reset it many times. I tried moving it to other places but that doesn't help since I have to be SO careful of the darn mode button when trying to unclip/clip it. I am sure it would be good for use during a single workout but for an all day thing it doesn't work well. 05/22/2010
more than worth the price, but.... this thing costs $5, and for awhile it worked perfectly, but i had to knock it back a couple pegs because i realized it has a vital flaw, the clasp is so WEAK, i put it on my belt or any waistband, and it pops off so easily..... and thats how i lost it.... Now, when i go back to walmart to buy another pedometer, i might just buy another of these products, because when i can get it to clasp on just right, its a really cool product, especially considering the prices 07/22/2010
