Spider-Man Adult Halloween Costume 3 3
Does the job This is by far the best Spidey costume on the market currently (as of Halloween 2010). It is not without its flaws however.Even if you're not a a real big burly man (which I certainly am not) you're going to want to get the standard adult size as opposed to the teen size. I wasn't sure, but glad I went with the adult as it is was actually a bit tighter than needed.Its also all one piece except for the mask. This is hardly ideal especially for bathroom trips (concealed zipper is in the back o f the suit). Still, if you're looking for a quality looking Spider-Man suit (and there's a lot of pretty crummy/silly ones out there) this is the one you want. 12/20/2010
Nice look, bad stiching This is a great suit, made of great fabric. I measured myself and i am on the small side for this costume so I thought it would be great. trying it on for the first time was a bit tricky trying to get my shoulders through the zipper but i managed it. Then i started looking at the suit and noticed the seems seemed to be bursting. As i said before i was on the small side of the costume, why would they be bursting? i left it at that and did a little show for the family as spiderman. i had it on for 10 min, and all i did was walk around, sit and do a few poses like spiderman. when it was time to take it off i noticed i had generated about 10 burst seams in areas that we not even tight on me. I have the skinniest legs and the calf size had burst showing my entire calf, also the seem burst in the crotch.As i said great material, however the sewing job is one of the worst i had seen. I have purchased many costumes and paid less than this one with better quality sewing jobs. I would recommend it only if you are willing to re-sew the entire suit. I was not willing to re-stitch the suit for the price i paid for it. 09/29/2011
High quality costume, runs small The costume is high-quality and looks really good, much better than the cheaper versions. After reading the other reviews, I ordered the large size for my not large husband (5'9", 150 lbs) and it fits him comfortably. I'm sure it could fit a slightly larger man too, but I certainly wouldn't want to see it on a man who usually wears an XL because it would definitely be bursting at the seams. 01/04/2012
