Suppresses your appetite I personally enjoy the flavor and texture of these bars not only as a snack, but also as my breakfast. They are similar to any other crispy rice treat. The strawberry is my personal favorite over the honey almond and double chocolate. Still they do curve the appetite. 08/15/2011
These Didn't taste to bad at first, but the texture was horrible, like there was sand and grit in it. The after taste was even worse Yuck!!!! Will never buy AGAIN and I'm throwing the rest or the box away!! 07/20/2011
