Great for moving/traveling Our regular Walmart stops carrying the dual use bags and I am sure glad to find them online. I like these because you can use them without a vacuum, which works great for traveling and for moving our son's things to and back from college. The roll out method doesn't get as much air out but well enough to save a lot of room. We pack all our son's clothes and bedding in four bags, strap them together with luggage straps and off we go.The construction of these bags are not the strongest, however. One bag out of the six tore at the zipper after a couple of packing and repacking. You have to be careful not to block the air vents when pressing the air out, and the zip seal could burst if you press too hard and too fast. If you use a vacuum with these then it should not be a problem. The sliding clip helps you seal the zipper, which is nice. I've used other space bags that does not have the clip and had to work very hard to make sure it's sealed properly.Since we don't use these for storage purposes, I can't tell you if the vacuum seal will hold over a long period of time. For us they only need to stay air tight for a few hours during transport - and they do, and that's worth every penny we spent. We would recommend these for this particular purpose. 08/22/2010
Disappointed I used various sizes of this product. At first it seemed to work very well; as advertized. I followed the instructions very carefully (being careful not to overfill etc.) Two weeks later, 2 out of 5 of the bags had lost their vacuum. I re-vacuumed the same bags--same result. I do not recommend this product. I feel like it was a waste of time and money. 02/06/2010
Poor Performance Product arrived in good packaging, had useful instructions, but tore open a seam while inside luggage on a 4 hour road trip. I have since purchased a different "package" and immediately noticed the plastic felt a few mils thicker. Have vacation next week, so we'll see. 05/18/2010
