Rated 1 out of 5 by fubar59 2 time loser with this product! Have had this mattress since feb 2011. I has progressively collapsed where your hips come to rest. Sure it started out fine, but has now gotten to the point I am forced to try the warranty. Which i see now requires you to ship the product to CA. I don't expect much more satisfaction from the warranty as they stipulate that the warranty does not cover comfort. It supposedly covers factory defects. I would expect poor comfort from the material collapse would BE a factory defect, we'll see.If you can afford to spend this amount every year for a new mattress by all means buy it. Otherwise i would STRONGLY recommend you NOT buy this mattress.I bought this to help ease my terrible back and am severely disappointed. BTW this is a replacement for my original purchase as it collapsed in the same place only did so within the 1st 60 days 45 to be exact & Wal-Mart replaced it AND picked the bad one to boot. I should have bailed out on this product then, but was in a bind, desperate for a mattress & couldn't afford a tempurpedic!The ONLY use i can see for this product is if you have a vacation home & it is only used a couple weeks a year. 02/21/2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by DP2010 Know what your buying. Over all the mattress is comfortable. And compared to the name brands that sell for thousands this is a smarter way to go. I have had it for over six months now. The only complaints I have areOne: There is only about 2.5in (maybe less) of the memory foam from what I can tell and the rest if just foam. They cover it with an unwoven material which conceals the separation of the two foams at first but over time after washing the removable cover you can clearly see the separation.TWO: The removable cover is already starting to show some wear and drooping at each end of the bed which I just tuck under with the sheets but its still an eye soar.So after my findings I guess I'm disappointed. I could have got a memory foam topper and a foam block used a mattress cover and saved a couple hundred bucks. Just so you know what your getting. Hope my review helps. SRY no photos of the cover. Rated 5 out of 5 by skatyh Wanting a Tempurpedic? My husband has wanted a Tempurpedic for years and I have resisted due to the outrageous price. He was having backpain, numbness and couldn't sleep through the night so it was time to do something. I found a review site that rated Spa Sensations at the top and far less than the $2700. king mattress we were looking at. I purchased the king size and it was shipped faster than expected to my local store. Opened it on to my bed first thing in the morning and was sleeping on it by night time. No problem with odors after letting it air out during the day. I also purchased the 2" topper from Walmart as I knew this mattress would be too firm and wanted the support and softness of the Tempurpedic cloud supreme. The mattress gave excellent support but still wasn't as soft as I desired. Found a 4 inch 4 lb. memory foam topper on one of those smart bargain websites and now I have the perfect night's sleep. The topper has the perfect amount of support and softness and the mattress gives the best support. I expect this mattress to give years of service and every 3 to 5 years to replace the topper. Total paid was $650 plus tax...what a bargain and I highly recommend this combo. And best of all my husband has no pain and is sleeping through the night! 05/22/2010
Rated 5 out of 5 by karenktn 12" Spa Sensations Theratouch Memory Foam Mattress i purchase this mattress after my best friend purchased hers. we are both loving it its a bit firm at first and has a smell but it does go away and im not sure if the firmness goes away or if i just got use to it but it is a very comfortable bed and the price is wonderful compared to the name brand ones. and i can honestly say i will not be going back to a spring coil mattress again and will be upgrading the rest of my beds with this same mattress soon enough. 02/16/2008
