I was expecting a better quality product for the price paid. The wood is not smooth, there are many bad spots, and one of the necklace hangers is crooked. Overall, very poor craftmanship for the price paid. I debated whether or not to exchange or return the product, but I felt that it would be too much of a hassle to figure out who to contact and to return it to the store. It suits the purpose, but I am very disappointed in the quality. 08/14/2011
