Rated 3 out of 5 by Nilesey I was expecting a better quality product for the price paid. The wood is not smooth, there are many bad spots, and one of the necklace hangers is crooked. Overall, very poor craftmanship for the price paid. I debated whether or not to exchange or return the product, but I felt that it would be too much of a hassle to figure out who to contact and to return it to the store. It suits the purpose, but I am very disappointed in the quality. 08/14/2011

Rated 4 out of 5 by wccd Surprised This is a very high quality item and is good for any women. It is actually a very Heavy woods they use so I would suggest for anyone who gets it use at least two screws in stud, not one like units suggests. I would also like to point out it is very tall once it is hanging on the wall either the bottom is going to be a bend over situation or the top will require you to stretch, be sure the person you buy for has a place you can hang it where they can reach both the top and bottom efficiently, would suggest no more than one foot over the persons actual height, if she is 5 foot tall don't exceed 6 foot high. 02/19/2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Imazman Poor eye to detail In general the product is nice. However there is an obvious wood joint on the front face frame. There is no reason they couldn't have used 1 long piece of wood for one of the front frame uprights. There was also a nick in the front frameuprights which they staying in varnish right over. And finally the directions said it should come at 2 keys but it only had 1. We are keeping it, but it did I obtain poor reviews because the lack of quality carpentry. And a lot of it is made out of MDF board so it is quite heavy. I will be using this as a template for a real all wood version I'm going to build. 12/26/2012
