great topper I have used several different mattress toppers but this one is the best I've tried. Unlike standard memory foams that start out fairly hard then soften with body heat, this topper is soft from the moment you lay on it. It doesn't retain your body heat either, making it cooler to sleep on.The best thing is the gel foam regains it's shape faster than standard memory foams, so there's no big dip in the middle that makes it difficult to turn over or feels like you are climbing out of a ditch when you want to get up.This topper is 3 full inches of gel foam too. I found several other stores advertizing a 3 inch gel foam when they actually were 1 inch of gel foam and 2 inches of memory foam. Be sure to check the color before you buy one (gel foam will be blue/green). 12/29/2011
Best mattres topper ever. Incredible this topper make you feel slepping in the clouds, since I have it no more back problems, I even have problem getting on time to my job, this thing make you sleep like a baby and you don't hear you alarm clock. 10/02/2011
Outstanding!! This was a lot of money for me to spend, but I really needed a solution to my back problems, and a 6 year old inexpensive mattress. OMG! This is like sleeping in heaven! It is temperature-sensitive and is quite firm when I first lie down on it. But within 45 sec or so my body is magically cradled in a little pocket just made for me! It provides plenty of support for my big butt, while just feeling perfect. If you are considering the purchase, do it. You won't be sorry!The topper arrives hermetically sealed, folded in half and rolled up. Just unroll it and let it expand. HINT: It comes with a cover that unzips on 3 sides. Trust me, zip it all the way up and put it on the topper while it is still on the floor~~it just goes over it like a fitted sheet. In spite of being just a little unwieldly, it was much easier to woman-handle onto the mattress than I had anticipated. Then.....ENJOY! I recommend a pillow of the same material. Super! 02/27/2012
PERFECT SOLUTION FOR SOMEONE WITH LIMITED MOBILITY Our son was born with developmental disabilities and is now confined to a wheelchair at the age of 28 due to a spinal cord disease. The bed at his group home was sooo hard; we decided to try this topper to enhance his comfort. Although his speech is very limited, he makes it clear that his bed is now much more comfortable and he's sleeping much better too. 04/03/2012
