Buyer beware! I bought this for my daughter's bedroom. It looks nice, but I had 2 major problems with it. One, I went to screw the main part of the headboard in to a part on the back (3 holes) and they went through the front of the headboard. Try making them shorter, you have to have the headboard laying face down, so it wasn't until I turned it back over that I realized...Second, the very last instruction in the manual says "for attaching to a platform bed.." and shows you how. Well, now, if you aren't attaching to a PLATFORM bed, you don't have the nuts/bolts you need AT ALL, nor does it say ANYWHERE in the description of this product, or on the box... or even until the last step that this is made for a platform bed. Hopefully I can get what I need to attach to a frame, however, it's pretty misleading. 12/29/2010
Looks great! I just put this together with my husband 2 days ago for our son's room. And while it did cause some stress during assembly, I am very pleased with the end result. It looks very nice and much more expensive than it really was. I should note that it is not made to be attached to a metal bed frame with the included hardware. You could definitely rig it in a safe and secure way, but you will need some additional hardware. Overall though, I am very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it! 08/22/2011
Poor Quality This headboard was of such poor quality, it was broken (in the box) when I got it home. It's only made of particle board. Looks nice in the picture, but can't possibly hold up to day to day life. 06/12/2011
