While this is larger than some other small desks I was looking at, it's not overwhelmingly bulky. Very streamlined and functional. Received in perfect condition, and very well packed. Took just under two hours from the very start till the end when I hooked up the computer. Love the look and this desk is quite sturdy considering it's 100% MDF. Everything lined up perfectly and seems like it will last for as long as my son needs it!!!! VERY pleased with my purchase, especially since it's probably just as good, if not better that some more expensive desks that I've put together in the past! 01/25/2012
