Low enough to floor I feel comfortable with my two year old although we have put bed rails on one side as the other side is flush against the wall. It will make a great bed for our child at any age. Rated 4 out of 5 by LandJ Great Bed! I I bought this bed for my daughter. It was pretty easy to assemble, and I actually did it by myself in about two hours. The bed is sturdy and nice, and she loves it. I also purchased the headboard which makes it look a lot nicer. The only thing I didn’t realize is that the runners on the drawers are plastic and not metal, but they seem to work fine! I would recommend this bed, it is worth the money. 07/01/2010

The only complaint I have is he's a boy and it is made specifically for girls, since it comes with flower knobs. But it matched the color of his dresser perfectly so we just went and bought new knobs for it. Other than that the quality seems great, so far, and the price was even better! 06/25/2010
