Assembly was easy - it comes with very clear instructions - and with a few simplesteps the desk is put together.As I said, it looks pretty nice. Modern. Just the right thing for a teenager. The drawer is pretty big. Enough space to store lots of stuff.Don't expect this desk to be a heirloom piece one day. It is on the lower end of the price range and it shows in the materials. It nicks and scatches easily. Guess that's why it comes with a touch up pen.But my son likes the desk and the way it looks. And it does look pretty cool. The price can't be beat.All in all I think it's a great deal! 01/03/2012

Rated 2 out of 5 by MsMargi Requires two people to assemble Before I ordered this item, I read as much documentation as I could to ensure I could assemble it by myself. As soon as it arrived and I opened the instructions, the first thing listed on Tools/items needed was "Two People" along with various screwdrivers, hammer and a tool I had never seen before. Needless to say, it is still in parts on the floor of my "Home Office" waiting for help. 07/22/2011
