This baby changing table has two spacious drawers with matching espresso finish knobs for added convenience. Each drawer measures 30 inches wide and 17.5 inches deep and features polymer glides with dampers and stops, ensuring smooth sliding and prevent pinching of fingers while opening/closing. This South Shore furniture is made from recycled composite wood and complies with consumer health and safety laws. Adult assembly is required.

beautiful changing table The color and look is just beautiful. very time consuming to put together for a 8 1/2 month along pregnant woman to do but well worth it. The drawers slide nice and smooth. Matches my esspresso crib and glider I also bought from walmart.com and they arent even the same brands. love it!!! but get someone to help you put it together 06/18/2011
Great if you know what to expect! I had been looking for a changing table for months and had read many reviews and finally settled on this one. After reading many mixed reviews, I decided to take a chance and am glad I did. I'm going to break down my pros and cons below for easy reading based on what other reviews criticized.Color: yes it is a dark espresso, definitely not a cherry. I have a Sorelle Verona crib in espresso and it matches almost perfectly. If you're looking for a light espresso or cherry, this is NOT going to match. I really like the dark finish and it matches the furniture perfectly. If you want to see what it matches, I bought my crib at babies r us.Sturdiness: It is a solid piece of furniture- except for the drawer bottoms. The construction of the drawer bottoms is a thin piece of particle board. I loaded the drawers with baby blankets and burp cloths and it's definitely sturdy enough for that but don't expect to put any really heavy items in it. Overall the unit is very solid and doesn't wiggle around like the cart style do so I will be very comfortable changing my baby on this until he gets too tall.Broken Pieces: I had read many reviews of people complaining about pieces being damaged in shipping and I would love to say that we were the exception, but cannot. The top piece of the "dresser" part had all four corners very damaged- looked like my dog had taken to chewing on it. We were putting this together on a Sunday so I called their customer support which is open Sundays and after a short 5 minutes there was a replacement on its way. It arrived about a week later and was perfect. I can't complain about this as I had read other reviews and was expecting it.Putting it together: All the reviews were right about this as well. My husband put this together with my assistance (namely looking at the instructions) and it took at least 2 or 3 hours. It was a PAIN and the instructions have no words just poorly drawn images. there are about 15 different types of screws you use and although they refer to them by a parts number in the instructions, the bags they come in are not numbered. This was frustrating and fight instigating to put together but the way I look at it, you only have to do it once so it's not that big of a deal.Overall for the price, this changer is great. It looks expensive, feels sturdy and is a nice addition to the nursery. If you're hesitant about buying this because of so-so reviews, I would definitely go for it. Oh and the open shelf is the perfect size for a wipes warmer - just need to drill a small hole in the cardboard backing of the unit for the plug. That was a big deciding factor for me!Happy Shopping :-) 02/26/2012
Just alright The first shipped dresser was sent back to the store because of damages. And when we got our replacement dresser the changing table part was STILL damaged. We had to contact the manufacturer directly for the replacment part that was damaged. The dresser looks good but good grief on the shipping. The color was nto what I thouht it was going to be. Beware, make to order the set together so all matches. 08/31/2011
