The only things that were worth mentioning is that not all pieces were labeled in order to put it together and the nails needed to secure drawer seemed to be too big for the job. Besides that, it was assembled by me within an hour. 09/05/2012

I was also worried that the black would chip or scratch very easily, but it doesn't seem to. I would recommend this desk. 07/24/2012
Rated 2 out of 5 by KCGW I was really looking forward to having this desk for my office. Unfortunately I was disappointed from the start. The "directions" were just confusing pictures with tiny bulleted directions that were so hard to follow. They had you flip part of the desk over at a certain point but nowhere in the directions did it say "flip over" so I wasted a ton of time trying to read the pictures and figure out what it wanted me to do. When the time came to put the last piece on, the actual desktop, I found the corner of it to be chipped. It was not hit on anything and was laid on top of carpet leading me to think that it was chipped from the factory. The top shelving is not even attached to the main part, it just sits on top with dowels holding it, nothing else. Not worth the price that it sells for. 04/30/2012
