    dvd remote they don't tell you it only works on some ps2's. 10/01/2009
    The price for the remote was the best I could find anywhere. However, this remote did not work with my model PS2. This remote only works with PS2's with a built in IR Receiver. If you have an older model PS2 this remote will not work with your system. 03/28/2008
    I bought this item because my PS2 had shorted out and the power button wouldn't work on the unit. By using the remote control, I am able to turn on the system and I am now able to watch DVDs without holding on to the controller. The price was fabulous (much cheaper than bying a new video game system) and it even included batteries. 07/06/2009
    PS2 Remote This will come in handy if you use your playstation 2 as a DVD player very often. It can be kind of picky about how you angle the remote. Other than that it works great! 10/14/2007
