Better than anticipated I'm blown away with how amazing this device is. It's met all my expectations and more. I see no reason for someone to purchase a high end, internet ready television if this product remains available. The ease of use isn't the best but if you can use an Android or iPhone with ease, you can adjust to this. Besides, it has the exact same interface as the PlayStation 3 and most of all up to date Sony electronic components. I recommend this to anyone looking for a WiFi media streamer. Nice for sony 3d stuff Netfix Vudu and Crackle. Sony PlayStation 3 like interface. I like the output on the box. This box has a really nice Netflix interface. It has Vudu and Crackle on it too. Like most other streaming media boxes the apps are not all that great other than the one I mentioned. I would like to see more and better apps and the ability to add and remove apps I like this box and will give it 4 stars because you can browse the internet and download streaming media directly from the net. If it had the ability to add and remove apps I would give it 5 stars. P. S. if you have 3d tv and want to stream 3d stuff this is the box for you. 12/23/2011
Not worth the headaches No better than the SMPN100. Both have the same issues, freezing, limited codecs for playing stored media, etc. If you have .avi's storedon your computer, be prepared to oner them to a playable format such as MPEG2, WMV9, etc. Streaming internet video from Netflix or YouTube is a gamble due to the freezing up of the unit.I've tested practically every streming meda player available (including blu-ray) and have found only two that do practically everything: the Viewsonic NexTv VMP75 has been discontinued, but the Boxee Box by D-Link are the most complete unis out there. 11/18/2011
