Rated 1 out of 5Â by zmgalen2000 Horrible! This is my FOURTH Sony Cyber-Shot. I have had three TX10s which have all quit on me due to microphone issues. The exact same thing is wrong with my TX20.The videos and pictures aren't as good as the TX10's. And the loud white noise in the microphone makes the videos nearly un-watchable! This was only my first day having the camera, and I have to go to the Sony store for the tenth time! I even tried getting my TX10 fixed, but it wasn't fixed!*Do not get this product!* 08/22/2012
Rated 1 out of 5Â by regularbuyer Does Not Live Up to Billing This camera was advertised as waterproof, shockproof and dustproof and inside of 60 days taking it to 3 pools in less than 3 feet of water the camera has completely stopped working. Really bad waste of money. This is not a durable product. Find another waterproof camera to purchase. If this did what it was advertised to do it would be great. 08/19/2012
