In the description it stated that it came with one, therefore it didnt read the box. Once I got it home was disappointed that it didn't have one. Will be returning it to the store and buying a higher priced one that will have a soap dispenser. 04/04/2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by Essentials Faucet quit swiveling I loved the faucet. After several months of use the faucest became harder and harder to swing between the two sinks. I tried several things with lubrication which helped a little. Finally, the faucet just frooze in one position. I have no idea what caused this. We have a water softner and do not have mineral deposits on any of our faucests. Previous to this I just had a really cheapo sink faucest that lasted about 15 years. I finally had to take it back out. 04/09/2012
