Rated 5 out of 5 by Yorkie24 Perfect for heating the whole back at one time! I love this heating pad since it is long enough to cover my whole back all at once! The covering is very soft and the cord is long enough to plug in behind my bed and still reach the top of the bed. The heating control is very easy to push and the heat selections are perfect for controlling the heat as the treatment continues. Love the auto shut off because I get interrupted often and forget to turn it off! Have not tried the moist heat yet so will have to update that when I get a chance to try it! 08/03/2012

Rated 1 out of 5 by Towny Defective Product I purchased two of these and both were defective. The first one started to blink after about ten minutes of use and I noticed the insulation on the wire was cracked exposing bare wire. I exchanged it for another one and had a simular problem. The control would blink and if I unplugged it and plugged it back in it would stop blinking and work for couple of minutes. I called KAZ the company that makes it, they were rude. They told me I would have to mail them the unit at my own expense and they would replace it. It is not worth it. I will buy a brand name I can trust. 05/08/2012
