Great Sharpener with nice low profile This is a great sharpener, and has a low profile, easily can store in a small drawer. It is easy to use and sharpens quickly. Prior I had a stone, this is as effective, more compact, and safer to use. Great product. 09/14/2010
Excelent Product I purchased a very cheap knife, when I took it out of the box it had no edge at all. With this sharpener and a little brute force it had a razor edge on it (including the false edge or the back) after just a few hours. It will sharpen an average dull knife in about a minute. the only thing that works faster is a metal file and a honing stone which is more expensive and requires more skill 08/10/2010
LOVE THIS ITEM I had so many dull knives and had no idea how to sharpen them correctly. Purchased this item and I now have the sharpest knives in town. Plan to purchase more later on for Christmas presents. 03/22/2011
