Basic It serves it's purpose well, but it sure aint a posturpedic! If your looking for an occasional use bed for guests it's great, but I cant see using it for day to day sleeping. 07/26/2009
No, it's not as good as a box spring. This is a glorified bed frame and does not replace a box spring, in my opinion. I used it with both an air mattress with a memory foam topper over it. Without the air mattress, it definitely wasn't comfortable. Without the mattress topper, it wasn't comfortable with just the air mattress. Wish I had just purchased a bed frame and put a piece of plywood in there. It would have been a better solution. Way overpriced! 12/05/2010

Great matress I love the way they are able to suck all the air out and put this in a box. The cool part was cutting the first hole in the plastic and listening to the all the air go back into the matress. It was also cool the way it sprang back to it's original normal size of a matress. It seems to be well made and my mother loves it and slept well on it. 08/16/2009
