Rated 5 out of 5 by HappyBack3 Great for elderly with back pain My mother, 68, has arthritis on her back so I researched many toppers and found that this one had the best reviews. She loves it! It has helped her back, the pain is still there but the topper makes sleeping much better. I also was worried about the fact that many toppers where hot and she hasn't complained about it. Rated 5 out of 5 by GAretired Bought this for elderly father My dad has been using this for about a month with no complaints. I have not slept on it myself, so I cannot vouch for its comfort. He seems to be enjoying it. I wanted to see if it would help him sleep better and reduce the visible effects of pressure on his delicate arm skin during the night. I will have to see how it helps over time.I got the 2" thickness because Dad sits on the edge of the bed to get dressed, and I didn't want to raise the bed any higher.It was easy to put on his bed (full size) and the cover was easy to install. I'm glad it is not the pillowcase style but is rather like a fitted sheet.I'm hoping that it has a longer life than the cheaper egg crate types that yellow quickly. So far, so good! 11/08/2012

Rated 3 out of 5 by merren This was not what we expected As far as memory foam I think it was just as advertised and if this is what you want then I would recommend it. We have not slept on this before and tried it for a few days. It was like velcro, you couldn't move in the bed. I think that is what it probably is supposed to do but not for us. I returned it. 02/14/2013
