Last month while in my Walmart, I seen Six Star on the shelf and thought I would give it a try. I have been using this product for the past month. Tastes "GREAT" especially the chocolate and have noticed muscle mass gain. Far less than the Whey products you get at GNC and other stores plus works the same. For the best taste and results in gaining pure muscle mass - put a chopped up frozen banana, a handful of peanuts, 2 eggs, 1 scoop of Whey and milk into a blender or nutra-bullet. Comes out like a thick cold milk shake. Have your whey shake 30 minutes only after a hard workout to help rebuild the micro tears in your muscles, reduce muscle fatigue and helps in the recovery of your muscles to rebuild. I was skeptical of this because I haven't found any protein that's flavored anything other than some kind of chocolate or vanilla that tastes good, until I tried this. This is definitely my fav tasting protein I've tried so far. I'm scared to try other flavors, because I tried this strawberry protein...tasted HORRIBLE! I definitely love the taste of this though. 06/15/2012
