Pretty Good Product I bought this product twice and I have to say combining it with a 40 minute workout 4 times a week it helps, but the results are slow. what I like about it is that when I combine it with fat burning pills it curbs my appitite. I am a 23 year old man, and my appitite is normally way higher than it should be, by taking this supplement 2 times a day (2 scoops early in the morning before workout, and a scoop during midday) I would only feel the need to eat a good sized meal for dinner. This stuff really helps, but don't give up on it. You will have to consume an entire container of it, combined with cardio and weightlifting exercises, and probably fat buring pills to see results. The only thing I don't like about this product is that you have to take so much of it that a 2 lb. container only lasts about 3 weeks. But it tastes much better than it's comparable counterparts. tastes better than some others so they all work . It is protein and that is that . This has added ingredients that may just be better for muscle growth than whey without it .the taste is not too bad . Not the best but drinkable .cons : nonepros : lots of protein with added muscle building ingredients , mixes okay , tastes okay and price is good . 03/23/2011
Makes the job Hi, I tried this product lately, and for being honest, the other whey proteina that walmart offers is quite better than this, the portion is bigger, that's why the 52grm of protein. The flavor is good, but is not easy to mix, the directions says that 1 scoop in 4 oz of water, false! Make 1 scoop in 8 oz of water (remember the scoop is bigger). Overall, the product makes the work quite well, just use more water and since this is a creatine added product, don't forget to drink 8 glasses of water (around 2 lts) daily, otherwise your kidneys won't be so good. 04/13/2009
Very good product I workout 7 times a week and take this 3 times per day. 1 for post 1 during and 1 after. 26grams or protein is great. Taste alot better than most wheys. I mix mine with 6onces of lowfat milk and taste like slim fast. Iv packed on over 30lbs of muscle using this product. I would defiantly suggest this to anyone looking to put muscle on fast. 03/08/2011
