Rated 5 out of 5 by baldovini THE BEST SHAKE I EVER TOOK this shake is exellent i used to take shakeoly wich was about $118 and it took long to feel powerful but this is just great my second day with it and im never sore and i have more energy. i work out with insanity and take this and it is just great. no viewable results yet. 12/11/2012

Don't buy the whey isolate, though, which is a nasty, clumpy mess! I have been using this for almost a year with my workouts. Started off with a 160lb bench on free weights and now up to 275 5x5's. I did weigh 225lbs and now I'm 180 and 10% body fat and quite muscular. Not all due to the whey, but I'm sure it had a hand in it. It's not for weight loss, but I have definitely proven that you still can lose a lot of weight while using it. 10/23/2012
