Looks can be deceiving... When I first saw this blanket online, I absolutely had to buy it. I use it for my newborn, however, please make note that while the top of the blanket looks exactly as pictured... the bottom of the blanket it that polka dot slippery material that is on the edge of the blanket. I assumed both sides were the blue soft material, and was disappointed to find that I was wrong. It slips off of everything from his swing to his car seat. I really wish it was the blue material on both sides... then I would give this blanket 5 stars. 02/29/2012
The softest blanket My son adores this blanket. Before he was born I searched everywhere looking for a blanket that had the satin side to it, but was soft on the other side as well. I ended up finding one at KMart, but it was so cheaply made and the one side was rough. I finally found this blanket in WalMart when my son was around 2 months old. It hasn't left his side since. He sleeps with it during nap time and at night. I just ordered one in pink as a gift. 05/16/2012
My son loves this blanket. It is our go to, we call it 'silky' I have bought two, just for back up! And have given this as a gift. 04/22/2012
